Alleena Abdullah

Facilitator & Programme Designer

Alleena is an energetic brand, marketing and motivation facilitator who elevates people through simple, strategic, and actionable solutions. She loves motivating individuals to express their inner brand through purposeful communication and results.

Alleena is the founder of Yellow Tree Malaysia and is the lead consultant and professional facilitator. The company was set up to train and consult corporations, SMEs and under-served communities (women, indigenous and refugees) in both soft and hard skills; team communication, business processes, business and personal branding. 

Alleena co-founded Merawan a boutique consultancy that believes in Alleviating Leadership Poverty through facilitation and coaching. She is also an Associate Partner with a global business simulation expert, Flow Group Malaysia. Having spent over a decade serving corporations, Alleena developed extensive strategic knowledge in brand, marketing, innovation and sales management. 

She’s consulted, trained and coached numerous international and local consumer brands in banking, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, telco, luxury, and start-up industries with mega brands such as Sime Darby, Shell, Intel, Astrazeneca and many more. She was an active driver in the areas of corporate mentorship for peers and management trainees that unleashed here interest in change management.

Alleena is an NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and Time Line Therapy® Practitioner, an area that supported her skills in human behaviour. Alleena is a HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) accredited trainer and a certified Virtual LearnCaster (VLC) arming her with cutting-edge skills to deliver interactive training online. With an additional certification in NLP Coaching, she is also driven to support individuals on their journey of self-development.

After residing for more than 25 years abroad, she received her Post Graduate Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management in the South of France and later an MBA with Cornell University in International Hospitality Management at ESSEC Business School of Paris.

Fathiyah Muen

Facilitator & Programme Designer

Fathiyah Muen is an esteemed Learning Experience Designer & Facilitator, known for her innovative approach to creating learning environments that foster creativity and curiosity.

Committed to the principle that optimal learning occurs in joyful, safe settings, she specializes in Facilitative Learning, Game-Based Learning, and Experiential Learning methodologies. These strategies ensure that creativity and curiosity are at the heart of every learning experience. 

Fathiyah founded Mindaku Ventures, where she serves as a consultant and professional facilitator. She tailors learning solutions to diverse audiences, leveraging her extensive background that spans several transformative roles—from Instructional Designer and Learning Specialist at MYOB to Performance Consultant at Human Capital Management Institute. She integrates her profound understanding of instructional design and performance principles, with strategic business acumen, developed across a varied career in Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Singapore and Jakarta. 

Her client roster showcases her capacity to deliver high-impact results, working with leading organizations such as Petronas, AIA, Tabung Haji and international clients like Julius Baer and Sinarmas Mining. This diverse client base attests to her ability to adapt and apply her skills in varied settings, driving learning and development across sectors. 

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Multimedia (Hons) in Software & Animation from Multimedia University Cyberjaya and an MBA from UiTM. Professionally, Fathiyah holds several certifications, including Professional Learning Facilitator, Certified Professional Coach, Certified HR Professional, Certified KPI Professional, and Certified VLC (Virtual Learning Center) Facilitator. 

A champion of learning innovation, Fathiyah is dedicated to designing programs that enhance performance and strategic competencies. Her expertise in both technical skills and human behavior makes her a preferred facilitator and mentor. Fathiyah’s enduring passion is to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their potential through structured, inspiring, and transformative learning pathways. She herself is a lifelong learner, always seeking new ways to bring the best practices in learning and development to her clients and their organizations.

Mohd Nadzrin Wahab

Programme Designer

Nadzrin is a passionate Learning & Performance Specialist who helps people think, perform, connect and lead better. He specialises in Professional WorkSkills, which focuses on improving professional results in the workplace.

Armed with a degree in Communication from IIUM, his passion for connecting people saw him explore customer service, journalism, public relations, knowledge management and eventually learning & performance for 20 years. He has run over 16,000 hours of workshops at both middle and upper management levels. He is currently undertaking his Masters in Psychology (OUM).

Nadzrin’s key career role was Project Delivery Lead and Learning Coach at the KL Accenture Connected Learning Centre for 7 years where he facilitated learning for executives from around the world. This led him to deepen his skills in interpersonal, intercultural and written communication. He has been certified by international bodiessuch as Accenture, TRACOM Group, Workforce Performance UK, Infomation Mapping International, FranklinCovey, Directive Communication Interational and the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

He has spoken and consulted extensively in Malaysia, Cambodia and Brunei and has conducted workshops in Singapore, the Philippines, India, Australia, and the USA. His clients such as Axiata, PETRONAS, Henkel, BHP Billiton and Barclays Bank. He is experienced in conducting live workshops and webinars. In 2017, he was conferred the Global Training & Development Leadership Award at the 4th World Training & Development Congress, Mumbai, India.

He aims to build a legacy by upskilling corporate and academic educators. He has trained lecturers in IIUM and USM in teaching skills, certified Facilitators in his Professional WorkSkills programs, certified Professional Learning Facilitators in the Take Charge Learning Facilitator System® and upskilled many senior trainers and educators as Virtual LearnCasters

He is currently a lecturer in Intercultural Communication (IIUM), Crisis Communication Lecturer (Univ. of Gloucestershire) Silat Melayu Cultural Lecturer (MOTAC) and Master Zafina Learning Facilitator (Zafina Fitness). He is an L&D consultant and teaches in TCS Learning & Performance Academy (Cambodia), the EnSync Academy for Learning Professionals (Malaysia) and Professional Diploma Learning & Education Business under the London Examination Board.
